Nature To Thrive

-Naturopathic Healthcare-

Hello and thank you for visiting

🌿Nature to Thrive !  (in Fulham Gardens)

My name is Aphrodite and I hold a Health Science Degree in Naturopathy.

My journey to natural medicine began as a child, where food, herbs and home remedies were used to treat common ailments. Studying and using natural medicine while raising a family, enabled me watch how gently and effectively good nutrition, herbal and homeopathic medicine, restored health, resolved emotional imbalances and increased and strengthened vitality.

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to health, where vitality and wellbeing are achieved through the treatment of the whole person, rather than the symptomatic relief of symptoms.  This treatment considers the emotional, physical, mental and environmental factors of you as a unique individual. There is no one else like you, and only you know your mind and body the best!

Naturopathic treatment is designed especially for you, and may include – a bespoke herbal formula of liquid herbs or tablets, nutritional guidelines, nutritional supplements, flower essences, homeopathic medicine and lifestyle enhancements.

My naturopathic approach is to listen and learn from you to understand all the factors influencing your current state of health.  Together, we can discuss what you would like to achieve with your health and create a treatment plan that supports your therapeutic goals.

Our therapeutic relationship is important to me. In my practice, I hold a compassionate and respectful space where you are supported and listened to with all matters affecting your health and wellbeing.

I look forward to connecting with you and serving you with holistic care.
